What I have learned about myself and people when it comes to health and fitness is that people tend to enjoy being around people of like mind. I also have found that people like a safe place to share their struggles and vent, as well as feel comfortable sharing their wins with people. The 30/60/5 program is just that. A safe community of individuals and families that are all looking to improve the health, their fitness, and learn more about living a healthy lifestyle.
What does the 30/60/5 name really mean? It means that as a group we all will focus on walking/running /moving 2 miles every day for every month and we're starting that at $5/month for the people that act the fastest to get started on improving themselves. It'll go up to a little from there. the 30/60/5 philosophy is going to be with you 365 days a year. Think about it... when you're tracking your 2 miles a day, that will mean you'll walk/run 730 miles a year! How amazing is that? You'll be tracking your walks/runs with an app on your phone or an activity tracker, you'll be sharing your wins daily with the private Facebook group, and you'll be getting weekly check-ins from me! I'll be sharing my movement daily with all of you too!
I'll be delivering content to you based on our 30/60/5 3 legged stool concept. The three legs are Physical, Emotional, and Chemical (watch the videos above on each leg) and the top of the stool in the foundation of your health. We want you to build up your strength, health, and resilience every single day with simple steps.
